How to Request an Appointment
You can request an appointment in the following ways:
- Online by visiting the Consulting Room
- By register for online services.
- By downloading the the Birmingham and Solihull Health App
- By calling or visiting the practice
With over 11,400 patients, the demand for appointments is always high and we continually analyse our system to offer the best choice that we can.
Appointments are released at 08:00 each day and these can be accessed via booking online or the telephone. The appointments released are a mix of routine book on the day, urgent appointments (these are triaged by a doctor) and pre-bookable appointments that are available over the coming week.
If you require an appointment with the nurse, these can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance. To book an appointment, please visit our Consulting Room.
Church Road Surgery work in conjunction with LIVI to offer our patients free digital consultations. These appointments are suitable for patients that do not require a physical examination.
Download LIVI onto your mobile device, and once you have verified your identify, you will be asked a few questions about the reason for the appointment to ensure it is suitable for a digital consultation.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Every month approximately 26 hours of doctor appointments are lost through patients not cancelling appointments that they no longer require.
